A. If the Shirt Does Not Match the Size You Provided:

If the shirt you receive does not correspond to your provided measurements, we will create a new shirt for you completely free of charge.

  • Shirt Cost: The new shirt is 100% free.
  • Your Responsibility: You will only need to cover the shipping cost.

B. If the Shirt Matches the Size You Provided:

If the shirt accurately matches your selection but you are still not satisfied with the fit, we are here to help.

  • Guarantee: We will work with you to find a solution.
  • Resolution: This may include a one-time alteration or an exchange at our discretion.

2. Lifetime Repairs

The Hand Made is proud to offer free lifetime repairs on all our garments. Whether it's a loose button or minor wear and tear, our artisans will restore your item. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to us.

3. General Conditions

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Exchanges are processed after inspection of the original item.
